Cancellation:

An order may be cancelled by a customer and we will refund the full purchase price any time prior to Product shipment. After a Product is shipped, the below return policy will apply.

Product Returns:

All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number may be obtained by writing to the address below stating the reason for your requested return. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All unauthorized returns will be considered donations.

For Books, Publications and all non-Media Products:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the Product within 30-days of Date of Purchase and we will refund the purchase price of the Product less shipping and handling (S&H). The Product must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the original purchase receipt.

For Videotapes, DVDs, CDs, and Computer Software:

Returns will be accepted within 30-days of Date of Purchase but only when the product is returned unopened in its original condition with a copy of the original purchase receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the product less shipping and handling. Opened media is not returnable unless defective and we are notified within 30-days of Date of Purchase.

Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges will not be refunded on Product returns. This includes the S&H paid at the time of the original order and the S&H paid by the customer to return Product(s) to Three Angels Deaf Ministries.

It is highly recommended that authorized product returns be very carefully packed and insured. Items that are damaged during return shipment will not be considered to be in their original condition and are thus not eligible for a refund. Purchase insurance coverage on your product return to be sure that the full value of the product is covered for damage during transit.

To ensure proof of delivery to Three Angels Deaf Ministries, we strongly recommend returning product by US Postal Service with Signature Confirmation and Insurance. Products sent Parcel Post, Priority Mail or any other non-traceable means are subject to loss during delivery. Three Angels Deaf Ministries will not be held responsible for and will not refund Product lost during return delivery to Three Angels Deaf Ministries.

Definition of "Date of Purchase":

The date of purchase is defined as the date shown on the front of the original purchase receipt.
